Grid13 ("we", "us", "our") provides a marketing analytics dashboard for small and medium-sized businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Grid13, how we use it, and the rights you have over your information.

Who we are
Grid13 is operated from Israel and is reachable at [email protected]. If you have any question about this policy or about the data we hold on you, that is the address to write to.
Information we collect
1. Account information
When you sign up for Grid13 we collect your email address, your name, and a password (handled by our authentication provider, Clerk). We use this only to identify your account and to email you about your subscription.
2. Billing information
Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Stripe gives us only your subscription status, plan, and billing email.
3. Information about your business
When you set up your Grid13 dashboard we ask you to provide your website URL, your primary competitors, the keywords you care about, and a short description of your business. We use this information to generate analytics, suggestions, and content tailored to you.
4. Information from Google services (Google user data)
If you choose to connect your Google account during onboarding, you grant Grid13 read-only access to the following Google services:
- Google Search Console (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly) — we read your verified properties, search queries that bring traffic to your site, impressions, clicks, click-through rate, average position, and the list of indexed pages. - Google Analytics 4 (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly) — we read your GA4 properties, sessions, users, traffic sources, top pages, conversion events, and basic geographic and device breakdowns.
We use this Google user data only to build and display the analytics, reports, and recommendations inside your private Grid13 dashboard. Specifically:
- To populate your SEO, Keywords, Pages, and Reports screens with real numbers from your own properties.
- To compute trends, identify your top-performing pages, and surface optimization opportunities.
- To generate monthly performance summaries that we email to you or display in-app.
We do not use Google user data to train any general-purpose AI or machine-learning model. We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with any third party for advertising. We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to building your Grid13 dashboard.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Information from other services you connect
Some Grid13 features let you optionally connect your WordPress site, your Shopify store, or your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Business account. When you connect these we receive an access token that lets us publish blog posts you approve, or read advertising performance. We use these only for the feature you connected them for, and you can revoke access at any time from your settings.
6. Usage information
We collect standard product usage information (which pages you visit inside the dashboard, when you log in, error logs) to keep Grid13 working and to fix bugs.
How long we keep your information
- Account information: as long as you have an active Grid13 account, plus 30 days after cancellation.
- Google user data: stored on our server only as long as your account is connected. If you disconnect Google from Grid13 (or close your account) we delete the refresh token and stop pulling fresh data. Cached analytics are deleted within 30 days.
- Billing information: retained as required by Israeli tax law (typically 7 years for invoices), but card details are never stored by us.
How we share your information
We share information only with the service providers that make Grid13 work:
- Google Cloud Platform (hosting + database — your data lives in Google's EU region)
- Stripe (payments)
- Clerk (authentication)
- Anthropic, Google Gemini, OpenAI (AI models that generate content and analysis for your dashboard — your business inputs are sent to these providers; your Google user data is not)
- Sentry, Better Stack (error tracking and uptime monitoring)
We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
We will disclose your information if we are legally required to by court order or Israeli law.
Your rights
You can at any time:
- See all data we hold on you — email [email protected] and we will send you an export within 30 days.
- Correct any data we hold on you — most fields you can edit directly in Settings; for anything else email us.
- Delete your account and all data we hold on you — email us with "Delete my account" and we will erase everything within 30 days. You can also revoke Grid13's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
- Export your data — email us and we'll send you a JSON file of everything we have.
Security
We use industry-standard security practices: HTTPS everywhere, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, two-factor authentication on all internal accounts, and weekly security scanning. No system is 100% secure, but we take this seriously.
Children
Grid13 is a B2B tool for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will email you at the address on file and post a notice inside Grid13 at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
