Welcome to Grid13. By signing up for an account or using our service you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use Grid13.
1. What Grid13 is
Grid13 is a marketing analytics and content service for small and medium-sized businesses. It provides a private dashboard that reads data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, generates SEO and AI-visibility insights, writes blog posts on your behalf, and helps you understand and improve your online presence.
2. Who can use Grid13
You may use Grid13 if you are at least 18 years old, are using it for business purposes, and can lawfully enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password and any access tokens you give us safe.
3. Your subscription
Grid13 is a paid subscription service. Plans, prices, and billing cycles are shown at checkout and inside your Grid13 account settings. By subscribing you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your card on the cycle you selected until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Grid13 settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial periods unless required by law.
If a payment fails we will retry; if it continues to fail we will pause your account.
4. Connecting your accounts
To make Grid13 useful you can connect external accounts — Google (Search Console + Analytics), WordPress, Shopify, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). When you do, you authorize Grid13 to read or write to those accounts on your behalf, only for the features you turn on.
You can revoke any connection at any time:
- Google: from your Google Account permissions page and from Grid13 Settings
- WordPress / Shopify / Meta: from your Grid13 Settings
How Grid13 handles data from these connected accounts is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Content we generate
Grid13 uses third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI) to generate blog posts, summaries, recommendations, and other content for your business. AI-generated content can be wrong, biased, or repetitive. You are responsible for reviewing anything Grid13 generates before publishing it. Grid13 is a tool — the editorial responsibility for what goes on your website remains with you.
When Grid13 publishes a blog post to your WordPress or Shopify site on a schedule you set up, that schedule is run on your authority. You can pause it at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Grid13 to publish illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringing content
- Use Grid13 to spam, scrape, or attack any third party
- Try to break into another customer's account, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with how Grid13 works
- Connect a Google account that you don't own or aren't authorized to use on behalf of the owner
- Use Grid13 to violate Google's terms of service, Meta's terms of service, or the terms of any other connected platform
We can suspend or close any account that breaks these rules.
7. Your data
You own your data. We hold a license to process it solely to provide and improve the Grid13 service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you close your account we delete your data within 30 days. You can request an earlier deletion or a data export at any time by emailing [email protected].
8. Our data
The Grid13 software, design, brand, and all related intellectual property belong to us. You get the right to use the service while your subscription is active — you don't get to copy or resell the software itself.
9. Availability
We work hard to keep Grid13 running, but we don't promise it will be available 100% of the time. We may need to take it down for maintenance or upgrades. We aim to give notice when we can.
10. No warranty
Grid13 is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant that Grid13 will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the analytics and AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any decision you make.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Grid13's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising from content you publish using Grid13, from your use of connected accounts in violation of those platforms' rules, or from your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Grid13 after the change means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any dispute will be heard exclusively in the courts of Tel Aviv–Yafo, Israel.
